Its been a great run and project, I'm proud of what i achieved.

Evaluation Time

with my project basically finished it just about getting the evaluation done and handing it in now!=)

Good Meeting....

Had a really good final meeting with my supervisor on Wednesday and i left full of confidence.
everything is going in the right direction now and with the last bits of advise i got at the meeting I'm confident this documentary will have a good outcome!!!

Why

scheduled meeting with Jane my supervisor cancelled because i cant find my hard drive, what are the chances.

need to keep my head above water while all these stresses are on me and get through this..

Just Finished - Getting stressed

That's me done for the night, really tired.

Got a meeting this week with my supervisor and feeling a little behind so stress is kicking in now.....

Filming is going well i guess and got an interview done already, went OK!!

I feel like the emotional attachment i have to this project is starting to take its tole on me physically. I want it to be good so bad that im doing my nut over it. constantly thinking, thinking, thinking. I've had about at least 1 headache a day for about 3-4 weeks now...

gotta calm down..........

Got great news today about funding for my project from the/my uni and a confirmation on a group meeting I've been trying to arrange with some mixed people, kind of debate style thing.

My Panasonic tm900 is finally here. Just looking through the manual and getting used to it but what a piece on equipment this camera is.

Ill give an update once I've done some filming, really looking forward to using it.
if everything goes to plan I've got a video shoot slash interview this weekend and the documentary is rolling. =)

UP DOWN, UP DOWN

Things keep going well then a set back comes along, then i sort the set back and things are cool again. I'm always waiting for the next thing to go wrong and its getting worrying and annoying....

And i really do mean thank you lord, the man above has come through for me and the financial help i was hoping for has come through. YES!!!!

I'm now look to get my editing suit and camera sorted out as quick as possible, just need to find the best deals i can.

Also got some confirmations on some of my interviewees so that's good news also. project wise its been a good week although I've been moving and decorating this week so didn't get much work done=(

I think some financial help I've been hoping for is gonna come through, I'm not getting ahead of myself because its only going to upset me if it goes wrong but should be OK!

If this help comes through ill be able to buy my new editing suit, which is music to my ears. Its been worrying me for weeks about how I'm going to edit this documentary so finding it hard to stay grounded and not excited. ill be back with an update just as soon as i know.

Lets hope next time i blog i have a smile on my face. lol

CHAPTER TITLE=)

Got some good work done today, ive got the structure of my documentary down now and i feel allot better.
The chapter im doing for the uni project is going to be gooooood! not giving the name away though, copyright =)

busy week

unfortunately didn't get much work done this week, had allot of personal stuff keeping me busy.

did meet a guy earlier in the week though that can help me with my computer should i need it so at least something positive uni wise.

Equipment

Trying to get my editing equipment sorted out is proving harder than i first thought.
The computer parts are so expensive these days its gonna cost allot more than i first thought. Its really important i get my own editing computer though, going to uni every time i need to edit and hoping a computer is free doesn't work for me! I wont get it done and to the standard i want so having my own is definitely important.

Same goes for my camera, I'm looking at the Panasonic tm700. Its the best for price and professionalism, although i can rent cameras so that's not as important as the editing computer.

lets hope someone can give me a great deal.  lol =)

On Wednesday i had a wicked meeting with my supervisor Jane.. we went over some angles i was unsure about and i have a much clearer vision now on what I'm going to do.

I think i was trying to take on too much and now I've narrowed it down i should be able to focus better on a good piece.

Next step is spider a graph then on to the next one!!!

Seems the work i lost might not be such a big deal as i thought..

Hi guys..

I haven't blogged for a while i know, I've been very ill and only just recovered recently. its really thrown me off track but I'm back!!

At the moment I'm trying to get a camera for my project, its the Panasonic HDC-TM700.
shoots wicked HD video and will work wonders for my documentary. this will also mean doing a software update on my PC but it shouldn't cost too much.

Ill be back with some info on how that's going soon but for now look out for my next next blog which will be work related..=)
